Reject Trump's SCOTUS nominee

Last night President Trump nominated Judge Neil Gorsuch to the Supreme Court. You know, the same vacancy that Judge Merrick Garland was nominated for nearly a year ago.

The big difference? Republicans had praised Garland, while Gorsuch is the preferred pick of Ted Cruz and far-right activists.

Given the circumstances, Judge Neil Gorsuch is simply too extreme for the Supreme Court. Trump lost the popular vote by nearly 3 million. He has no mandate whatsoever. And after historic obstruction by Senate Republicans in blocking the most qualified nominee ever, they deserve no deference or respect.

Until a truly moderate nominee is proposed, there is simply no reason for Senators to confirm Trump’s pick. And Neil Gorsuch’s record makes it clear he’s no moderate.

Take action and urge Senators to filibuster Trump’s extreme pick for the Supreme Court and demand a bi-partisan, consensus nominee.
